Histoire:
Nul ne peut vivre, grandir, reconstruire, sans
référence à son Histoire. Cette Histoire qui du passé, fait l’association de
notre future. Avant l’indépendance Haïti était prospère, et même après
l’indépendance le Pays possédait une certaine hospitalité. Les Haïtiens
savaient accueillir, apprécier les uns les autres divisés par les tendances
Politiques, entrainant des guerres civiles qui nous plongent dans l’extrême
pauvreté et nous font oublier notre origine, notre culture et notre Histoire
laissant derrière eux les enfants dont leurs Parents ont été tous des victimes
de leurs actes et de leurs tendances Politiques.
Biographie :
Association cœur de l’avenir D’Haïti (ACADHA),
a été fondée le 8 Août 2012 par Jean Rodney et accompagner par trois jeunes
Professionnelles, elle fut crée dans une période de grande misère noire où
l’inflation faisait ravage après le séisme du12 janvier 2010 qui a causé de
nombreuses victimes, plus de 300,000 morts et autant de blessés. Haïti
entièrement qui frappe par cette catastrophe, des rescapés venaient presque
dans toutes les quartiers défavorisés pour chercher des abris provisoires, les
âgées et les enfants ont vécu un évènement traumatique majeur, d’autres
disparus, d’autres sont restés seuls pendant plusieurs heures. L’association
cœur de l’avenir D’Haïti s’engageait á cette période au service social et
Humanitaire en faveur des personnes âgées et les enfants qui ont été victime.
Les membres fondateurs ont décidé de
former un comit é de sept (7) membres pour un mandat de quatre ans et le rôle de chaque personne pour diriger
l’association. Jean Rodney, Président, il a étudié l’Administration des ONG á
l’USADRU et la comptabilité au DHCT, Frantz R. Pierre, l’Administrateur, a fait
son étude á UPH en Agronomie, Valbert Godly, Délégué a étudié Technique
Agricole et le journalisme á COMRATEL, Etienne Dorvil, membre , a fait son
étude en Gestion Administrative á la faculté de Droit au Cap- Haïtien, Jean
Wardson, informaticien, a étudié Electricité Résidentielle et Industriel, Pierre Ernique, Econome, secrétaire, elle a fait son étude en la faculté de Droits du Cap-Haïtien, Anténor Stanley Trésorier, étudié à l'Alliance Informatique, Henry Claude Hilaire, conseiller, Avocat, étude universitaire en la faculté de Droit du Cap-Haïtien .
L’entité responsable l’égalisation
de l’association dans le Département du nord l’institut bien être social et de
recherche penses de changer les choses. Le Directeur branche Nord a fait savoir
les étapes à suivre pour enregistrer une association auprès de l’Etat, à ce
jour dix (10) organisations qui s’engageaient dans les projets d’aide
Humanitaire. L’association cœur de l’avenir D’Haïti a obtenue un certificat de
fonctionnement renouvelé chaque trois (3)ns mois.
Notre début :
En 2012, elle a fait quatre (4)
voyages dans certaines zones ruraux pour évaluer les besoins des enfants et les
personnes âgées qui sont en détresse. Au début, nous avons commencé par
soutenir une trentaine de personnes avec un petit moyen très faible.
En 2013, nous étions à Bord-de-Mer
de Limonade zone défavorisée en les distribuant de la nourriture pour une
certaine de familles les plus vulnérables.
2014-2015, association cœur de
l’avenir D’Haïti a supportée plus d’une centaine d’enfants abandonnés et
quelque jeunes dans les zones très reculées, activité qui était réalisée chaque
mois.
Problématique :
Mettre au monde un enfant c’est un
processus biologique, éduquer un enfant c’est d’aider à devenir autonome et
conscient de ses responsabilités qui relèvent d’une mission sociale. Cette
mission exige l’amour, énergie, résistance, courage et confiance pour relever
ces défis, vous devez la capacité à accepter les critiques et apprendre
d’avantage. C’est un ensemble d’aptitudes et de qualités que leurs Parents
peuvent acquérir et développer, ceci traduit le fait que l’Homme et la Femme
peuvent et doivent éduquer l’enfant. Vous vous imaginez le problème des enfants
en Haïti dans les zones isolées, urbaines sont en majorités absent à l'école, présent dans les rues, sur les places publiques, dans les marchés et même sur le troittoir de lavile. Ils sont livrés au coeur des problèmes tels que: l'exploitations( sous toutes formes), la délinquance, nettoyeurs ou gardien de voitures, vendeurs d'eau glacée et d’autres livrent à l’alcool à cause de l’extrême pauvreté qui règne dans le Pays. Leurs Parents sont obligés de chercher un centre d'accueil pour placer un ou plusieurs enfants et livrent eux à une personne pour faire la domesticité. certains d;entre eux se mettre à vendre leur ce qui pourrait un crime contre Dieu. Certains préfèrent souffrir avec eux au lieu de risquer de les perdre et d’autres marchent avec les enfants dans les rues pour trouver quelque choses à manger. Cette catégorie n’est pas sujet à donner ces enfants, ils constituent une source de revenue, ceci est encore un viol de leurs Droits.
Projet :
Association cœur de l’avenir D’Haïti
a pour but d’apporter notre support et notre aide aux enfants et aux personnes
âgés qu’en situation difficiles dans les zones défavorisées en Haïti. Par sa
nature même, elle a donc pour objectifs de Développer et d’organiser des
actions d’intérêts sociales dans les zones ruraux et urbaines en fonction des
besoins exprimés par la Population. Il y a des enfants qui sont logés un peu
partout, sans abris et même livrés au désespoir car ils grandissent et les
besoins sont énormes, ils sont tous affamés. Ces enfants représentent cœur de
l’avenir D’Haïti, nous avons une mission bien définie c’est la prise en charge
des enfants orphelins, abandonnés et ceux leurs parents ont été déchus de leurs
Droits Parentaux. L’association veut donner à ces enfants une bonne éducation
et un métier permettant de gagner leur vie, nous étions réunies en urgence de
mettre un projet d’orphelinat pour ces enfants et prendre soin d’eux dans les
divers besoins.
Conséquences de l’orphélinat:
L’enfant est seul, victime de violation grave
de ses Droits. L’essentiel est de donner le Droit à tous pour ne pas rester
seul, se prendre en charge d’eux, c’est d’abord prendre part à sa vie, partager
ses joies, ses peines, élever et éduquer ces enfants, les aider, les guérir de
leurs maux, les accueillir en leur offrant les conditions de vie à leur
épanouissement.
Accès au logement :
les enfant n’ont pas de toit pour dormir, sans
abris, ils sont obligés de vivre dans les rues, ils subissent de la violence
physique, verbale quotidiennement dans l’Environnement ils se trouvent. Ils
sont plongés dans un climat d’insécurité face à ce problème.
Accès à l’alimentation :
Les enfants n’ont pas de moyens de se nourrir
sainement à cause de l’extrême pauvreté, la maltraitance qui peut produire un effondrement
du noyau familial. Ils sont obligés d’exposer à la mendicité ou fouillent les
poubelles pour trouver de la nourriture.
Accès à la santé :
La santé est rarement une préoccupation
pour les enfants comme pour les autres besoins. Or les conditions dans
lesquelles ils se livrent augmentent considérablement les risques pour santé.
Accès à l’éducation :
Leurs Parents n’ont pas la possibilité
d’envoyer les enfants à l’école, la rue est
le centre d’éducation avec toutes les conséquences qu’on peut
imaginer. L’éducation chez eux est méprisée, sacrifiée également ça peut causer
des conséquences graves sur leurs Droits et le Développement de l’enfant.
Mission :
Lutter contre l’extrême pauvreté et contribuer
au Développement de communautés solidaires en améliorant les conditions de vie
des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité.
Objectifs :
Accompagner
les enfants fortement éloignés en situation d’exclusion sociale vers une
meilleure intégration sociale.
Agir
sur les causes profondes de la pauvreté.
Lutter
contre toutes formes de violences faites aux enfants et changer les conditions
de vie des enfants de cinq (5) à dix sept ans.
Mettre
un programme de scolarisation pour les enfants sous scolarisés dans les
différentes zones défavorisées D’Haïti.
Promouvoir
l’éducation et la formation Professionnelle favorisant le Développement
physique, moral, intellectuel et social.
Mener
des actions efficaces tournées vers l’autonomie et un Développement viable à
long terme.
Apporter
une assistance sociale aux personnes âgées défavorisées qui se trouvent en
difficultés avec le problème de la faim.
Assurer
un environnement sain et sécuritaire pour tous.
Construction
d’un grand centre d’orphelinat est donc une priorité pour nous afin de pouvoir
être fidèle à notre engagement.

The Director of the North branch has indicated the steps to be taken to register an association organization with the state, to date 10 association organization involved in humanitarian Aid projects. The core association organization of Haiti's future has obtained a renewed certificate of operation every 3 months.

This mission requires love, energy, resistance, courage and confidence to meet these challenges, you must be able to accept criticism and learn more. It is a set of kills and qualities that their Parents can acquire and develop, which reflects the fact that both man and woman can must educate the child. You imagine the problem of children in Haiti in remote areas, Urban areas are mostly absent in school, present in the streets, in public squares in markets and even on the sidewalk of the city. They are at the heart of problems such as: exploitations ( in any form), delinquency, cleaners or car keepers, sellers of ice water and others deliver to alcohol because of the extreme poverty that reign in the country. Their Parents are obliged to seek a reception center to place one or more children and deliver them to a person to do the domesticity. Some of them get themselves selling their what could be a crime againts God. Some prefer to suffer with them instead of risking to lose them and others walk with the children on the streets to find something to eat. This category is not subject to give these children, they are a source of income and this is still a violation of their Rights.
Project:
The heart of the future association organization of Haiti aims to provide support and assistance to children and elderly in difficult situations in disadvantaged areas of Haiti. By its very nature, it therefore aims to develop and organize actions of social interest in rural and urban areas according to the needs expressed by the Population. There are children who are housed everywhere, homeless and even desparate because they grow up and the needs are enormous, they are all hungry. These children represent the heart of the future of Haiti, we have a well defined mision is the care of orphaned and abandoned children and their Parents have been deprived of their Parental Rights.The association organization wants to give these children a good education and a job to make a living, we were urgently meeting to put an orphanage project for these children and take care of them in the various needs.
Consequences of the Orphanage:
The child is alone, victim of a serious violation of his Rights. The essential thing is to give the Right to all not to remain alone, to take in charge of them is first to take part in one's life to share one's joy and sorrows, to raise and educate these children, help them, cure them of their ills, welcome them by offering them living conditions to their fulfilmet.
Access to housing:
Children do not have a roof to sleep, without shelter, they are forced to live in the streets, suffer physical and verbal violence daily in the environment they find themselves. They are plunged into a climate of insecurity in the face of this problem.
Access to food:
Children do not have the means to eat healthily because of extreme poverty, the mistreatment that can cause a collapse of the family nucleus. They are forced to expose themselves to begging or search the garbage for food.
Access to health:
Health is rarely a concern for children as for other needs. However, the conditions under which they are carried out considerably increase the health risks.
Access to education:
Their Parents do not have the opportunity to send children to school, the street is the center of education with all the consequences one can imagine. Education is despised, sacrificed also can have serious consequences on their Rights and the Devepment of the child.
Mission:
To fight extreme poverty and contribute to the Development of solidarity communities by improving the living conditions of people in vulnerable situations.
Objectives:
Accompany the widely separated children in situation of social exclusion towards a better social integration.
Acts on the roots that cause poverty.
Fight against all forms of violence against children and change the living conditions of children from 5 to 17 years old.
Put an education program for children from 5 to 17 years old.
Promote vocational education and training that fosters physical, moral, intellectual and social Development.
Conduct effective actions towards self-reliance and long-term sustainable Development.
Provide social assistance to disadvantaged elderly people who find themselves in difficulty with the problem hungry
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all.
